What you'll bring to the team...If you join our team as a First Year Tax Professional you'll conduct one-on-one tax interviews with clients, start to develop your book of business, and provide exceptional customer service.
You will also have the opportunity to expand your skill set with professional development and continuous training.Your Expertise
Successful completion of the Jackson Hewitt Tax Course which is free.
Pass the Tax Preparation Readiness Test
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
Basic computer skills.
Willingness to learn.
