Job summary
TWT Project Engineer position available at Stellant Systems in Torrance CA leading technical efforts in production development and continuous improvement needs.
We are looking for a team player who can troubleshoot existing production problems develop an overarching understanding of manufacturing processes and lead engineering efforts.
Responsibilities include observing evaluating troubleshooting developing manufacturing process improvements designing upgrades supporting operations personnel on day-to-day production needs supporting program management on technical issues customer relations working as key member of multidisciplinary engineering team to develop or troubleshoot designs meet performance cost schedule metrics performing modeling design engineer tasks current future products
Qualifications bachelor degree physics engineering discipline preferred master degree relevant field plus experience project system engineering hands-on experience RF vacuum technologies design manufacture test TWTs knowledge lean manufacturing continuous improvement principles effective verbal written communication skills proficiency Microsoft Office applications active previous security clearance preferred
