    Overview:

    Provides in home speech therapy services to patients with neuromuscular disorders affecting speech, language, swallowing and cognitive function under the direction of a physician.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology.

    Licensure: Current licensure or eligible for licensure in applicable State of practice.

    Experience: One year of experience.

    Certifications: Certification from American Speech and Hearing Association. BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
