The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Warranty Clerk (Experienced), the Automotive Warranty Clerk isresponsible for processing, submitting, and tracking manufacturer warranty claims.

- Prepares, submits, and follows up on warranty claims
- Processes all warranty paperwork, ensuring proper documentation and verifies criteria required by factory or distributor
- Keeps abreast of all factory recalls and announcements
- Arranges for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor and resubmits all rejected claims promptly
- Assists with body shop warranty claims and follows up on outstanding claims
- Reconciles all warranty receivables and works with the accounting department to obtain payments
- Keeps track of all warranty parts by noting the repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed
- Maintains all service and customer records as required by the warrantor
- Other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Automotive Warranty Administrative experience preferred.
- CDK experience highly desirable.
- Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
