Summary
The Product Manager will lead the partnership with the internal customers to understand their processes and pain points.
This individual will work with internal customers to collect and prioritize key business requirements in support of the technology solution roadmap and vision, and will collaborate with Sales teams, other Product Managers, Program Managers, and other operations specialists.
This individual will also partner with IT to design and develop the technology solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Partner with Business to understand current and future needs to deliver technical solutions that provide customer value by improving the customers' experience or day-to-day productivity
Responsible for communicating/aligning with the internal customers and IT on plans and launches
Lead the planning and delivery of Run-the-business requirements and large technology initiatives
Strategically align with other Product Managers on the delivery of interdependent solutions and initiatives
Lead and facilitate process improvements sessions with internal customers
Directs supporting Product Owners' activities and priorities
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, collecting defects and enhancement requests
Support Release Planning, scheduling backlog items into regular releases aligned to business priority
Leads User Acceptance Testing with business testers, and works with the Quality Engineer to define acceptance tests for features
Roles & Responsibilities
Product Manager who's worked in Enterprise level org's on end to end product management life cycle for technology solutions
Strong Biz Acumen , comm skills
Min 3 years hands on product management exp
NOT looking for Product Marketing Manager – look for product managers .
Strong collaborative skills
Some JIRA experience
Running UAT from product management exp – must
Preferred Qualifications
PMP and CSA Scrum Certified.
Minimum Qualifications
7-10 Years of Product Manager experience with possibly large organization.
