    Description

    Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal

    Location: Philadelphia, PA

    Job Description: As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in all aspects of personal injury cases.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Assisting attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, gathering and organizing evidence, and conducting legal research.
    • Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
    • Managing case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
    • Coordinating with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties to obtain necessary information and documents.
    • Assisting with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred.
    • Previous experience working in personal injury law or a related field.
