Support advance internal communications for Mazda Toyota Manufacturing MTM by leading plant-wide messaging creative execution communication delivery across all internal platforms Serve as the primary owner of MTMs internal communication channels visual assets messaging execution to ensure timely accurate engaging consistent communication that supports plant operations team member engagement company values As a part of the above on an ongoing basis will also Own manage plant-wide internal communications across all channels including MTM App MTM Newsletter Email communications Digital signage Triple Play monitors Videos presentations visual storytelling assets Draft design publish communications related to Production updates weather impacts overtime policy changes Safety messaging urgent notifications Recognition programs campaigns events engagement initiatives Educational informational content for team members Create maintain high quality visual assets including Flyers graphics posters digital signage slides Newsletters campaign materials recognition visuals PowerPoint presentations leadership plant-wide use Produce edit photos videos Onsite photography events recognition leadership features Video recording editing formatting monitors MTM Connect Informational educational videos team members Ensure creative output aligns with MTM brand standards tone messaging expectations Manage multiple communication projects Develop communication plans timelines deliverables support effective execution Coordinate stakeholders clarify messaging approvals execution steps Track deliverables ensure deadlines met Assist elevating team member voice structured two-way tools surveys feedback mechanisms Develop maintain standard processes timelines support goals Monitor evaluate continuously improve tools channels processes Develop campaigns promote Company initiatives Mission Vision Values Ensure accuracy timeliness consistency usefulness Company communications Perform related duties assigned department Be available outside normal schedule weekends holidays shutdowns travel needed domestically internationally daily.Job description
