    **Position Overview & Responsibilities**

    Responsible for building trust and forming a successful working relationship with the Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will report to the General Manager.

    Effectively lead and manage the entire FOH team to ensure high levels of standards are always met and maintained including guest satisfaction, food and drink quality, and profit maximization

    Effectively forecast, budget and plan sales in order to properly schedule labor and other expenses to optimize profitability

    Maintain a high level of awareness of all aspects of the business and constantly work to improve and grow the business

    The General Manager will meet with the President weekly to proactively review and continuously improve the critical business metrics:

    Develop, lead and manage effective cash handling and banking procedures and policies for hourly staff and management.

    Develop, lead and manage sanitation, safety and security procedures. Including compliance with all health, OSHA, federal, state, local laws and codes.

    Hire and manage front of house staff ?? responsible for onboarding and ongoing development, training plans, performance reviews, accountability, etc..

    Maintain and help build upon a positive company culture that aims to empower our employees and provide the necessary tools and resources to excel at their job duties

    Comfortable delegating tasks and responsibilities in order to optimize time and productivity
