    Job DescriptionJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Maintain the integrity of the game.
    • Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
    • Responsible for overseeing Table Games areas and safeguarding company assets, while maintaining compliance with gaming regulations.
    • Ability to approve, verify and issue Credit to guests based on playing levels.
    • Responsible for handling sensitive information in the overall operation of the Pit Area.
    • Responsible for overseeing the security of cards, chips, dice and games, as well as inspecting for irregularities.
    • Ensures Compliance with Delaware Park policies and State regulations, to ensure smooth and efficient gaming.
    • Monitor gaming levels and use judgment regarding the opening and closing of tables based on business volumes.
    • Responsible for interviewing applicants, issuance of discipline at all levels and review of Table Games team members.
    • Development of all supervisors and dealers to meet proficiency standards.
    • Works productively in a fast paced environment and effectively communicates with co-workers and keeping Table Games Management & Executive Management apprised of any problem areas.
    • Maintain professionalism at all times when working with other team members and/or guests.
    • Ability to resolve guest / team member complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficient follow-up.
    • Provide our guests fast, fun, friendly, joyful, focused service.
    • Communicate (both written and verbal) with and promote positive team member and guest relations.
    • Performs all other duties as assigned.
    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • At least two (2) years Management experience required.
    • Must have certification and proficiency in all games in which directly oversee.
    • Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment.
    • Understand all internal controls for the department; knowing all gaming regulations and steps taken to ensure compliance, including monitoring counting methods.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Player Tracking systems required.
    • Must have strong math skills, with the ability to calculate numbers quickly and accurately. As well as excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to see and read cards at a distance of 20 feet.
    • Ability to bend reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp as needed.
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including alternating shifts, weekends and holidays.
    • Must be able to work nine (9) hour shifts, with the possibility of working a sixth (6th) day when necessary.
    • Must be able to attend all manager meetings.
