Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic R&D Engineer to join our team.

As an R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for the customized design, implementation, and verification of hardware, as well as involvement in circuitry design and improvement.

You will also support the design qualification process, and develop and deliver electronics hardware according to the project requirements.


Responsibilities:
Design and develop new products and technologies, ensuring they meet the project requirements

Develop and execute test plans to ensure that products meet all relevant safety and quality standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are designed for manufacturability

Work closely with customers and suppliers to understand their needs and to provide technical support

Create and maintain documentation related to product design and development


Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in hardware design, with a strong background in circuitry design and improvement

Experience in designing and developing electronics hardware, including schematic capture and PCB layout

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience in outdoor sales, preferably in building materials, with a network of contacts in the industry

An outgoing personality, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Willingness to travel to meet with clients on-site
