We are a growing company in search of someone who shows leadership qualities and desires to grow with the company.

We are looking to bring on a full-time technician that will be trained as a lead tech. Once adequate training has been completed, you would be running your own truck and crew.

This position is for residential and commercial cleaning of air duct systems. Must be available to work Monday-Friday. In this position, you will be working under the supervision of a lead technician until fully trained.

There will be an opportunity to take on more responsibilities for the candidate that can demonstrate initiative and leadership.

Previous experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Applicant must be:

• Honest, hardworking, and punctual

• Able to work well with others and able to follow directions

• Mechanically inclined

• Personable and have excellent customer service

• Able to competently speak to customers in order to properly address their needs and accomplish the tasks necessary to complete the job with excellence

• Have a clean and kept appearance

• Have a driver's license with a clean driving record

• Willing to take and pass a drug test

• Able to drive a manual vehicle is a big plus, but not necessary

• Flexibility to work occasional weekends during busy times

• Willing to mobile out of town for emergency jobs
