This Retail CRM Specialist role is responsible for assisting and MINI dealers with client sales loyalty including monthly conversion processes and dispute resolution related to the Loyalty Program. The position requires strong analytical skills and managing disputes from various data sources.Responsibilities
- The Retail CRM Specialist is responsible for assisting and MINI dealers with all aspects of clients and dealer's sales loyalty.
- The person will be managing the disputes coming from the dealers.
