Job summary
We are building the data platform that powers the future of machine learning applications. As a Support Engineer at Chalk you will be our front-line technical support expert ensuring customers have exceptional experiences with our products.Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support to Chalk customers diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with Engineering to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Develop deep product knowledge to help customers maximize value from Chalk.
