- Undergo Monro's training program to execute the Monro selling process successfully.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, engaging with them both on the phone and in-person. Schedule appointments, build trust, understand guest needs, explain services following Monro's selling process, and ensure the smooth running of service business operations.
- Assist in various guest care aspects, work order completion, facility maintenance, and register support under management guidance.
- Carry out opening and closing responsibilities as a secondary key carrier.
- Adhere to all cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies. Address guest service issues, complaints, and business opportunities in collaboration with the management team.
- Effectively communicate and promote all products and services offered by Monro to guests.
- Follow company policies, Governmental standards, and safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure a clean and organized guest waiting area.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
- Minimum of one year of sales experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for writing accurate sales work orders and explaining services.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to lift and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Proficient in standing, walking for extended periods, and performing various physical movements.
- Efficient in communicating in person, over the phone, and using computer systems.
- Capability to operate a motor vehicle safely.
