    Senior Counterintelligence (CI) Analysts are essential, to support our USG customer on some very important national security missions. Counterintelligence Analysts are self-motivated researchers who leverage all-source information to build a body of knowledge on particular entities of interest and have excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex findings in a succinct manner to intelligence consumers. Counterintelligence Analysts must be adept with a variety of databases, technical tools, and research strategies and be able to quickly adopt new techniques into the workflow. Because CI Analysts provide an important research and analysis function, attention to detail and accuracy is key, as well as the ability to work independently and stay dedicated to completing tasks in a timely manner.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct research and write succinct, high-quality reports for senior-level review
    • Leverage various databases, tools, and knowledge management repositories and understand how to search for and locate relevant information
    • Review current or future programs and provide a risk analysis perspective and guidance based on the intelligence collection cycle
    • Identify national security threats and insider threats
    • Brief senior intelligence community leaders on CI issues

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active TS/SCI with Poly
    • TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience
    • At least 1 year Sponsor cable writing and tools/database experience
    • Relevant experience with Sponsor culture and operational environment
    • Demonstrated experience with the IC or other USG agencies performing work similar in scope
    • Strong research skills and the ability to apply resulting findings in an operational context
    • Familiarity with and ability to work collaboratively across mission centers and organizational functional boundaries
    • Occasional domestic or overseas travel may be available or required for this position
    • TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 14 + Years with BS 12 + Years with MS 9 + Years with PhD

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Certification in Sponsor basic tradecraft courses
    • CONUS or OCONUS overseas tours & TDY experience
