    The VP HNW Investor Relations will utilize their skills in relationship-management, finance, public relations, marketing, and capital raising to oversee, support and grow existing Bell HNW relationships, as well as market Bell Partners funds to potential high-net-worth individuals, family offices and wealth management advisors.

    Locations: DC/Northern VA, Raleigh, Greensboro or Charlotte

    Responsibilities:

    Existing Investor Relationship Management
    • Oversee, cultivate, and foster existing HNW investor relationships, including face-to-face meetings and other regular connection points with Bell's HNW investors.
    • In partnership with the Director HNW Investor Relations, serve as the main point of contact for HNW investors, maintaining strong relationships and providing updates on investment performance.
    • Record all interactions with existing (and prospective) investors in Bell's customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
    • Stay abreast of market trends, industry dynamics, and investment opportunities within the real estate and apartment sector vis--vis market research, analysis and industry conferences.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Portfolio Management, Partners Solutions, Asset Management, Fund Accounting and Investor Relations to align corporate strategies with overall HNW business objectives.
    • Build enduring HNW client relationships through sound, thoughtful, and objective investment information and real estate knowledge.
    • Serve as a steward and fiduciary for all existing Bell HNW investors.
    Communications
    • Manage communication protocols for all HNW investors, including distribution of quarterly reports, performance updates and financial information, and periodic updates, in partnership with the Director HNW Investor Relations.
    • Effectively articulate Bell's investment philosophy and strategy to existing and potential investors.
    • Research, understand and comply with all Registered Investment Advisor standards and other related compliance and regulations related to HNW communications and connectivity.
    New Investor Cultivation
    • Participate in strategic planning with the EVP Client Services and the SVP Partner Solutions to set and achieve HNW capital raising goals.
    • Identify potential new qualified HNW investors (UHNW, Family Offices, Money Managers, and HNW individuals, etc.) and develop proper points of contact for HNW capital raising.
    • Initiate calls to prospective HNW investors (HNW and UHNW, family offices and money managers) and meet face-to-face to explain Bell Partners investment opportunities.
    • Lead process of the development of all HNW marketing materials (sales brochures, website, presentations, and letters) used in the HNW capital-raising process. Ensure consistent standards for all material and in all external communications in tandem with the Institutional materials.
    • In partnership with the Director HNW Investor Relations, participate in organizing HNW investor due diligence, subscriptions, and closings, etc. for all HNW funds.
    • Create project management on all HNW offerings including prospect tracking and prioritization, data room management, and roadshow planning in partnership with the Director HNW Investor Relations.
    • Manage inbound HNW marketing leads and begin sourcing new prospects through your network.
    • Oversee and execute investor outreach activities such as investor meetings and webinars for new Bell Funds.
    • Contribute to the product development and fund formation of new fund and investment vehicles as needed.
    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Extensive history of success HNW relationships and capital raising
    • Strong relationship management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize deliverables, and manage and meet tight deadlines
    • Experience with HNW due diligence processes, DDQ's and analyses
    • Strong network of relationships with HNW firms and individuals
    • Ability to travel extensively (25-40%)
    • Service-oriented and pro-active, with good interpersonal skills and a passion for developing strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
    • Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting deadlines
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance, including RIA, in equity capital markets
    Educational Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field. MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HNW capital raising and investor relations field
