Job Summary:

• We're hiring a Senior Product Specialist to provide technical assistance to customers using agricultural products and services. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you'll collaborate with sales and engineering teams to improve products and stay updated on industry trends.

Job Duties:

• Ensure customer safety during technical support interactions.
• Understand and fulfill customer needs, providing exceptional service and timely resolution.
• Assist in developing technical materials for sales.
• Provide support and training to field technicians.
• Create and modify customer-facing documentation.
• Serve as an escalation point for customer issues.
• Maintain detailed logs and document interactions in Salesforce.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years' technical support experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical and technical proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SolidWorks, and Salesforce.
• Up to 30% travel within North America.
