What You'll Do:
As a Contract Outpatient Therapist, you will:
- Provide outpatient therapy services to clients across the lifespan, with a focus on evidence-based, client-centered care.
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ongoing psychotherapy.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency standards.
- Collaborate with other providers, care managers, and families as appropriate to support holistic care.
- Operate with flexibility and autonomy in managing your caseload and scheduling.
- Work primarily remotely, with in-person sessions as clinically appropriate or client-preferred.
What You'll Bring:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and current LCSW, LCPC or LMFT licensure in the state of Maine.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.
- Experience providing therapy via telehealth platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
