Telos Health Systems seeks a Psychotherapist to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities throughout the Greenville area.Qualifications
- Active Kentucky license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist - PsyD/Ph.D.
- Master's degree (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) or Doctoral degree (Psychologist) in a relevant mental health field.
