Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. (KAO) is a prominent distributor of specialized automotive & RV aftermarket parts and accessories. We are looking to hire full-time company drivers for our regional distribution center located in Exeter, Pennsylvania.

Compensation

• Offering 58 CPM or higher depending on driving experience, handling up to 2,600 miles per week
• Expected yearly earnings exceeding $75K!
• Weekly pay averaging $1,300-$1,500+
• Enjoy a $6,000 sign-on bonus (dispersed at 6 and 12 months)
• Additional bonuses and per diems for holding a passport/Fast Pass.

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Be at home from Friday night to Sunday night
• Exclusive routes to our company locations without handling freight!
• Transporting loads on dedicated evening routes to and from our Exeter distribution center
• US routes cover: Richmond, VA / Pittsburgh, PA / York, PA / Plainview, NY / Rochester, NY / West Deptford, NJ / Webster, MA
• CA routes cover: Cornwall, ON / Moncton, NB
• Evening routes start from 6pm - 12am ET, mostly home every day

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Transporting loads on dedicated evening shift routes to and from our Exeter, PA distribution center
• Servicing routes to US and Canadian cities
• Trained and certified on company-provided powered equipment

Equipment

• Late model Cascadia 505HP tractors, three axle tractor (sleepers) with 53 ft dry vans
• Automatic and manual transmission trucks
• No vehicle older than 4 years. More new trucks incoming!
• Vehicles governed at 70 mph speed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Need to have at least 18 months of confirmed CDL Class A driving experience with a clean driving history
• Must adhere to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and testing requirements
• Expected to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Current passport or the ability to obtain one (expenses covered by the company) is mandatory
• Preference given to candidates residing within 50 miles of the distribution facility or open to relocating.
