Our exceptional clinicians work closely with over 60 experts from the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, who provide rapid consultations, support, and referrals.

SUMMARY: The Hospitality Greeter, Host position at Atria Institute plays a crucial role in ensuring that every member's experience starts with a warm and personalized welcome and ends with a supportive farewell. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and personable individual passionate about hospitality, food and beverage, and connecting with people. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Greet each member warmly by name upon their arrival at Atria Institute's lobby, fostering a friendly and welcoming environment that makes members feel valued and at ease
• Manage printed materials for member appointments to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with the General Manager of Hospitality and the Atria care team to address member needs and preferences, offering regular updates on member interactions and feedback
• Maintain precise records of member appointments by promptly checking in each member using Athena, our healthcare management system
• Assist the Member Experience Team in organizing Atria's Gifting Program, creating memorable moments for members based on their preferences and special occasions
• Create moments of joy for Atria Members based on their preferences and celebratory events
• Support the Concierge Greeter in handling incoming and outgoing packages
• Ensure the member library is well-maintained with books displayed in an ordered, tidy, and accessible manner
• Assist the Hospitality Services team with food and beverage service when required
• Report directly to the General Manager of Hospitality
  
  

• Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a healthcare or high-end service environment
• Natural hospitality and kindness
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse individuals
• Attention to detail and the capacity to deliver personalized service
• Proficiency in using Athena or similar healthcare management software is advantageous
• Willingness to adhere to uniform guidelines; uniforms will be provided for the role
  
  

• College Degree preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is also beneficial
• On-site presence required in Palm Beach, Florida
