Responsibilities:EMPLOYER: 7-Eleven, Inc.
JOB TITLE: Machine Learning Engineer
LOCATION: Irving, TX and hybrid role, may work from home
DUTIES: Develop reports reflecting business growth, market trends and performance of campaigns. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure customer needs are met by reviewing requirements, statuses, and associated issues. Communicate complex machine learning solutions and concepts to diverse group of business stakeholders. Architect, develop and automate data pipelines, using python, spark or SQL. Establish scalable automated processes to develop, validate and implement machine learning models. Perform data integrity checks, exploratory analysis and data visualization. Mentor junior developers through work product review, help with design, development tools and development best practices. And Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
Qualifications:REQUIREMENTS: Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business analytics, or related field, and 1 year of experience in the job offered or as a Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 1 year performing Data Analysis. Experience therein to include 1 year with building pipelines, ETL and automated data processing using Python, Distributed Computing. Experience therein to include 1 year with cross-validating models, data driven business solutions and data visualizations using SQL, Computer Algorithms, and Data Analysis. And Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
In lieu of a Master's degree and 1 year of experience, employer will accept Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business analytics, or related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 3 years performing Data Analysis. Experience therein to include 3 years with building pipelines, ETL and automated data processing using Python, Distributed Computing. Experience therein to include 1 year with cross-validating models, data driven business solutions and data visualizations using SQL, Computer Algorithms, and Data Analysis. And Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
