    We're seeking passionate engineers to help us deliver solutions that matter in the Sensor Architectures Department - Scalable, Software Defined, Supportable S-Band Radar (S4R) Product Line Integration & Test Unit. This team drives radar I&T test planning and execution on the Long Range Discrimination Radar (LRDR), Homeland Defense Radar (HDR), and AN/SPY-7 Maritime Radar variants at our Moorestown facility.

    The selected candidate will lead 25-30 staff members responsible for defining test plans, procedures, direction execution analysis at multiple laboratories / facilities managing day-to-day operations developing technical excellence affordability program execution. The role supports functional initiatives including employee hiring onboarding performance assessments recognition disciplinary actions driving cross-program knowledge transfer allocating talent ensuring appropriate engineering architecture I&T leadership acting as an engineering focal point during proposal activities project cost estimating occasional travel is required..
