Job Type: Full Time (37.5 hours), remote, 1099 Contract

We are currently seeking a Remote School-Based BCBA to make a positive impact on the lives of students in an North Carolina School District.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support strategies
• Provide ongoing training and support to teachers and parents on behavior management techniques
• Analyze data and make adjustments to behavior support plans as needed
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support to students
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• NC State Licensed Behavior Analyst
• Experience working as a BCBA in the school setting for at least 2 years
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Comfortable with technology and remote communication tools
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and the special education process
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with remote or online learning environments
