Job summary
We are looking for a Community Supported Living DSP Lead to join our growing team In the position we have available you would be a Direct Support Professional (DSP) working with individuals in our CSL (Community Supported Living) Program This can range from assisting with grocery shopping getting out into the community for activities leisure cleaning cooking budgeting keeping up on hygiene keeping a schedule appointments completing minimal cares etc Each shift you may work with multiple clients ranging from 1 to 3 hours each client depending on their needs You will be working 40-45 hours per week Come join us and make a positive impact in someone's life by being the support they need We offer company vehicle to travel to client homes to provide care and transportation All CSL employees must understand and be willing to provide cares such as showering bathing and toileting for clients The best person for this role is an individual who is patient a problem solver creative social and passionate about the care of others We look forward to having you join our team Benefits include Health Vision Dental Accrued PTO Requirements Candidate must be reliable punctual Candidates must be 18 or older Candidate must have a valid driver's license Candidate must be able t pass caregiver background check Shift availability Must be available during hours of 6a-6p however we typically schedule between office hours of
