- Initiate, lead, and close out projects.
- Engage with Customer and Operations teams to develop a project scope and identify business requirements.
- Translate the business requirements into functional tasks for the project team.
- Inform the different functions of the project team on their requirements and be able to explain the requirements with confidence.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop, manage, and execute a plan that achieves the objectives of the project.
- Lead project meetings and administer notes, plans, and action items.
- Create and provide status reports to key stakeholders on a consistent basis.
- Support Operations Teams during critical project phases.
- Actively support the project team in resolution of issues.
- Lead the project team with confidence and integrity.
- Additional job duties as assigned
- Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, operations, project management, or other relevant degrees
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation,
- Project Management, or implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMSs).
- Demonstrated Project management skills and proven leadership ability required.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required.
- Must be self-directed, capable of identifying, prioritizing, and executing work tasks.
- Proven experience resolving risks and issues within a project.
