Job summary
The Brand Operations Director is responsible for managing the successful execution of brand initiatives and projects across the Community Department.This role oversees multiple workstreams simultaneously—ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources are aligned to achieve project objectives.
The Brand Operations Director partners with executive leadership and cross-departmental teams to plan execute and deliver high-impact brand projects that strengthen engagement revenue and overall member experience.
This role does not initially have any direct reports.,
Responsibilities/Duties
- Lead the planning organization and execution of brand initiatives events and projects from concept through completion. ,
- Manage project scope timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure successful on-time execution. ,
