    Description

    Soliant is working with a great educational community in Van Buren, AR to place a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the remainder of the school year.

    Details of the assignment as follows:

    • Full-time (35 hours per week)
    • Covering 8 preschools
    • Both SLP-CCC and Clinical fellows welcome

    Day-to-day duties include:

    • Conducting evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language development; diagnosing students with speech/language impediments
    • Developing Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals in consultation with district SLPs
    • Providing speech-language therapy, documenting student progress, and completing paperwork pertinent to the provision of services, or to Medicaid billing
    • Participating in IEP meetings, and communicating speech and language goals to student care-givers

    Requirements: Applicants must hold a valid Arkansas license in Speech-Language Pathology in order to begin the assignment.

    Mileage reimbursement is available, in addition to benefits for full-time contractors.
