- Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
- Graduate from accredited School of Pharmacy
- Current Pharmacist certification and licensure in the State of Oklahoma
- Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS and state regulations for both acute and Residential facilities

We are seeking a PRN Pharmacist The Pharmacist Interprets physician prescriptions and medication orders. Acts as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. Dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals for patient care by performing the related duties.
