    OVERVIEW:
    The PMO Growth team needs someone to work through end-to-end workflows and processes for efficiency.

    This person will work across all 14 lines of business in a cross-functional manner to create efficient processes and workflows and conduct business diagnostics.

    They will be working within a small team but reaching out to many other teams to support processes.

    TOP SKILLS:
    3+ years as a Business Analyst
    Experience with change management and process improvement as a BA
    Experience creating efficient processes and workflows
    Strong experience gathering requirements, documenting requirements
    Experience working cross-functionally – working with a lot of clients
    Light data analysis experience
    Ability to analyze data and recommend changes based on key findings
    Ability to initiate, refine, and complete projects independently
    Familiarity with conducting interviews and facilitating discussions to develop user studies
    Experience building reports (both ad-hoc & scalable)

    Skills:
    process analysis, data analytics, communication skills

    PLUS SKILLS:
    Media background or agency experience
    Marketing experience


    EDUCATION:
    Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience

    DAY TO DAY:

    • Analyze data to assess workflow pain points across the organization
    • Develop requirements for new reports or dashboards that enable project management teams to run critical processes more efficiently
    • Analyze feature implementation to evaluate impact and identify opportunities for improvements
    • Partner with data teams on how to operationalize predictive analytics models
    • Create data visualization through systems like Tableau
    • Complete ad hoc analysis of data based on requests from Org leadership
    • Define requirements for platform features or enhancements to turn ad-hoc reporting into a scalable, evergreen program
    • Perform analysis, establish metrics, and identify KPIs for key processes
    • Act as a key liaison between multiple teams on reporting solutions
    • Build and implement innovative solutions to establish improved methodologies across key project lifecycles. *Meet with people to parse out data and recommend changes and turning that feedback into business requirements for engineering teams
