- Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, managing offers, and negotiating, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Partner with leaders to define talent needs, understand culture, and design recruiting strategies aligned with workforce priorities.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support immediate and future business needs.
- Identify and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, direct outreach, and university partnerships.
- Apply data-driven insights to optimize sourcing, track hiring metrics, and measure recruiting ROI.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and industry regulations.
- Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers using candidate data, market trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to support learning and development initiatives such as interview training, career growth programs, and succession planning.
- Maintain an active onsite presence (minimum two days per week) to build relationships and strengthen organizational understanding.
- Contribute to HR and company-wide initiatives, including referral programs and cross-functional projects.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or HR business partner roles, preferably within financial services.
- Full-cycle recruitment expertise, including proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms, social media sourcing, and a strong understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices.

- Salary for this role is $110,000-$125,000 annually, plus eligibility for a 20% bonus.
- This role is on-site two days a week in our Encino office to foster connection, collaboration, and visibility across the organization.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week; must be available for occasional overtime.
- Some nights and weekends required.

The Role
