    We're looking for a full time Maintenance/Reliability Engineer to lead the charge in building a world-class reliability program with a manufacturer located in the area of Mobile, Alabama.

    Salary Range: $90k to $110k plus full relocation

    Must haves:

    · Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field (preferred).

    · Minimum 5 years of experience.

    Responsibilities:

    · Be the architect of our reliability program: Design, implement, and own reliability strategies that boost equipment uptime, reduce costs, and optimize inventory.

    · Leverage expertise: Collaborate with internal and external resources to stay on top of best practices and enhance communication.

    · Train the champions: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to empower our maintenance teams.

    · Partner for success: Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and engineering personnel.

    · Become a data wizard: Use analytics to identify equipment lifespans, plan upgrades, and manage capital investments.

    · Warranty warrior: Analyze downtime data and develop a warranty process to maximize uptime and minimize costs.

    · Subject matter expert: Own maintenance and equipment-related questions, manage OEM updates, and foster strong vendor relationships.

    · Drive data-driven decisions: Analyze operational data and performance history to improve key maintenance metrics.

    · Benchmarking guru: Develop and utilize maintenance benchmarking data to propel continuous improvement.

    · Design for maintainability: Collaborate with Project Engineering to ensure new and modified installations meet reliability and maintainability standards.

    · Ensure flawless implementation: Participate in final checkouts, including factory and site acceptance testing.

    · Craft a comprehensive Asset Maintenance Plan: Define, develop, monitor, and refine a plan that incorporates valuable preventive maintenance tasks and leverages predictive and non-destructive testing methodologies.

    · Proactive risk management: Provide input to a Risk Management Plan to anticipate and mitigate reliability and non-reliability risks.

    · Become an engineering problem-solver: Develop solutions to repetitive failures and operational issues impacting capacity, quality, cost, or regulatory compliance. Utilize a robust toolbox including SPC, reliability modeling, fault tree analysis, Weibull analysis, Six Sigma, RCA/RCFA, and FRACAS.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field (preferred).

    · Minimum 5 years of experience.

    · Proven leadership experience and excellent interpersonal skills.

    · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and work order systems.

    · Ability to thrive in a team environment with a high attention to detail.

    · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    · Excellent communication and training abilities.

    · Ability to perform physical tasks as outlined.
