Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team for a full-time position in a school-based setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with K-12th grade students, making a positive impact on their lives and helping them achieve their developmental goals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' academic and functional success.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress.

Qualifications:

Valid Connecticut Occupational Therapist license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
