As a Regional Payroll Specialist at Nesco Resource, you'll play a critical role in ensuring payroll and billing operations run smoothly and accurately across multiple branches.

    This position is essential to maintaining financial integrity, compliance, and exceptional service to both internal teams and clients.

    Process payroll on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures for weekly payroll processing and balancing across multiple branches Gather, review, and accurately input payroll data Examine payroll reports to identify discrepancies and resolve errors proactively Ensure reports are balanced and payroll records are properly maintained Perform weekly and monthly billing processing for assigned branches Process client invoices in accordance with specific client requirements Initiate and prepare debit and credit memos as needed Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and billing issues Maintain compliance with company safety guidelines and report any safety concerns Perform additional duties as assigned What you'll need: High school diploma or GED required Previous payroll processing experience required Working knowledge of multi-state payroll and tax withholding concepts Strong administrative and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail Outstanding problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to timely and accurate responses Working knowledge of labor and employment laws Ability to maintain confidentiality and present a professional image at all times Background in HR, accounting, recruiting, retail, or other fast-paced customer service industry – often successful in our business We work for you.
