Accelerate your career as the new General Manager of the Ironhouse Sanitary District

Lead the District in its mission to protect public health, resources, and the environment through dependable, efficient, and innovative collection, treatment, and multi-benefit reuse of the community's wastewater.

Located in the California Delta just east of the San Francisco Bay Area, the Ironhouse Sanitary District provides sanitary water services for more than 43,000 customers.

The District treats 4.3 million gallons of water a day and maintains approximately 125 miles of sewer pipe.

The District is looking for an experienced and service-oriented leader with outstanding management, operational, and technical skills to ensure delivery of services, provide direction and oversight for District functions, work with regulatory agencies, and provide policy guidance and program evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills and experience developing and implementing strategic business goals.

The best candidate will have a strong understanding of wastewater treatment and collection systems and proven skills leading a cross-functional team.
