- Develop automate and maintain scalable reproducible pipelines for RNA-seq WGS/WES scRNA-seq and other NGS data across HPC and/or cloud environments.
- Perform advanced analyses including variant calling differential expression transcriptomic/epigenomic analysis pathway enrichment and genomic annotation.
