In this Quality Inspection I role, you will perform In-Process and Final Inspection operations on microwave modules utilizing a microscope for the majority of the workday. Using predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to visually inspect moderate to complex assemblies and subassemblies to ensure compliance to applicable quality specifications and standards. Work from blueprints, diagrams, regulatory and BAE specifications, drawing or inspection instructions and checklists. You will receive intense training to become a certified inspector utilizing MIL-STD-883 criteria to inspect microwave modules. Microwave elements include MMICs, resistors, diodes, caps, substrates and all bonding types (gold wire and ribbon), which are inspected in accordance with MIL-STD-883.
This role will be performed full-time onsite because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular job.
This is a second shift position, with a schedule as follows:
Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM.Required Education, Experience, & Skills * High School Degree or GED equivalent.
Full-Time Salary Range:
$ $60940

This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
