- Track all expenditures of the department and maintain a record of all work accomplished.
- Assist in coordination of community events.
- Supervise and train all Plant Operations employees.
- Work as part of the management team.
- Responsible for department budget.
- Coordinate service from outside vendors for mechanical systems.
- Maintain fire inspection records and all other inspections pertaining to the licensure of the community.
- Previous experience in custodial/maintenance areas is required.
- Previous management/supervisory experience is required.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Boiler license preferred.
