Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Deliver crisis intervention and crisis management support to ensure client safety.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy.
Skills
- Experience working with adults, children, and individual families.
- Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and crisis management strategies.
- Knowledge of addiction counseling methods and PTSD care approaches.
- Familiarity with electronic records management and HIPAA compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills for intake interviews, patient care coordination, and documentation.
- Compassionate approach to working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral health needs; patience and active listening are essential.
