    What You Will Achieve:

    Stout is a rapidly growing financial services firm backed by private equity, renowned for delivering exceptional responsiveness and service to our clients. We are on the lookout for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager who will be instrumental in enhancing our Valuation Advisory practice by developing and supporting our sales strategies aimed at target clients and prospects.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Develop an in-depth understanding of Stout's Valuation Advisory services, solutions, and unique selling propositions. Build strong partnerships with Managing Directors and key business development leaders within the group.
    • Gain insights into client purchasing behaviors and stay updated on best practices and emerging sales strategies, applying this knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness and client engagement.
    • Conduct strategic research on target industries, companies, and decision-makers to identify high-value prospects and areas for relationship building within priority networks.
    • Develop business intelligence related to prospect research, including segmenting existing relationships, building new prospect lists, and aligning targeted efforts with company best practices.
    • Support bottom-of-funnel sales initiatives by creating and executing targeted outreach campaigns that focus on relevant topics, service offerings, and market trends in Valuation Advisory.
    • Become a subject matter expert in Stout's CRM (HubSpot) and collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to ensure effective use of systems, tools, and processes that enhance business development efforts.
    • Work alongside the Go-to-Market team to implant consistent sales processes, data standards, and best practices, ensuring alignment with brand standards for cohesive messaging and client engagement.
    • Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to integrate effective relationship-driven outreach with broader brand awareness initiatives.
    • Track, analyze, and report key sales and pipeline metrics to guide strategy and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer of Valuation Advisory and work closely with the broader VA team to align goals and drive firmwide business development initiatives.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 5-8 years of experience in sales operations, sales intelligence, or business development roles within the financial services sector.
    • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot.
    • A proven record in creating and executing effective sales strategies, email outreach, and multi-step sales processes.
    • Self-motivated with a hands-on approach and a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results through dedicated efforts.
    • Expert understanding of client buying behavior and effective communication strategies in a sales context.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with Managing Directors and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
    • Ability to remain informed about industry trends, research, and best practices in sales intelligence.

    A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $87, $195,000.00 annually. This role is also expected to be eligible for an annual bonus.
