Job summary
We are expanding our Partner Engineering team and seeking a Partner Engineer who will serve as a technical counterpart across the entire partnerships lifecycle from owning integration execution post-launch growth and support to scaling the post-sales function operationally.
+Responsibilities
- Define Partner Solutions Lead technical discovery with partners evaluating feasibility and driving scoping sessions to define integration approaches across diverse capital partnerships Define a best-in-class technical pre-sales strategy and process at Parafin in collaboration with leadership Develop detailed architectural blueprints and technical documentation for project implementation Conduct informative and engaging sessions to showcase our product portfolio advocating for the most suitable technical solutions for our partners Develop and execute proof of concepts to demonstrate feasibility and effectiveness of embedded finance Own Partner Implementations Scale technical onboarding with a focus on reducing the time to integrate with Parafin products Drive the technical implementation of new capital launches from initial planning through partner coordination issue resolution comprehensive testing and final go-live Act as the central point of contact for identifying debugging critical technical issues coordinating prompt resolutions between internal teams and platform partners Where necessary provide tailored solutions to meet partners integration needs Document integration details processes internally ensuring knowledge transfer ease of support as our partner portfolio scales Be the voice for our partners internally Capture integration learnings feedback influencing product roadmap APIs platform improvements Scale Partner support operations Provide partner focussed support monitoring stability post-launch Provide ongoing techncial account management post-launch optimising integrations expanding product usage monitoring swiftly resolving intgration-related challenges Work with Product Platform teams evolving partnern facing assets real-world needs Instrument telemetry logs dashboards monitorng parnter intgrations scale Uphold technincal documentation standards company flag bearer managing public facign docs
