Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.Responsibilities
Plans, manages, and executes technical documentation projects related to specific product offerings.
Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
Educate and influence key stakeholders throughout the business, leading the design and execution of the BI strategy and roadmap, including both existing and future capabilities.
Define appropriate solutions to meet and anticipate business requirements, including the performance goals and metrics for the proposed solutionQualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
PMP, CSM, CSPO, or other project management-appropriate certifications are preferred.
5 years minimum in a project management role or similar experience
Strong Project Management skills (Managing stakeholders/Status Reporting/Leading Workstreams)
Ability to maintain a positive work attitude
Self-starter, who demonstrates personal initiative
High personal work standards, honesty, and trustworthiness
Strong understanding of Regulatory Reporting (CFTC) or Asset Management or Capital Markets line of business
Experience managing and organizing several work streams with different priorities
Experience allocating teams to complete projects within timeline, budget, and scope
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and other ticketing software
Ability to create alternative solutions to allocation, time, and budget constraints
Experience creating, monitoring, and updating project plans
Experience removing roadblocks and mitigating identified risks
Willingness and ability to make difficult, complex decisions
Ability to
work in person at uptown Charlotte, NC headquarters five days a week
