    Job Description


    The Contract Operations Coordinator supports service to contract operations employees, customers, and the community by serving as a point of contact and administration within the New England Water Utility Service (NEWUS) business unit.

    The Contract Operations Coordinator will perform a variety of duties to support non-rate revenue, which are listed below:


    • Assist and administer the Linebacker program, onboarding additional Linebacker vendors as needed to ensure full understanding of program terms/conditions;resolve escalated Linebacker issues with both customers and vendors
    • Assist with growing Linebacker program, by working with department management and Communications team and other key stakeholders
    • Complete a variety of reports as requested, including tracking reports for Linebacker to provide marketing support
    • Assist with development of KPI report in tracking customer enrollment data, claim trends vs. expenses
    • Review and correct accounts to ensure they are properly coded
    • Assist with antenna contracts, billing, compliance reporting, and all others of the NEWUS business as requested or needed.
    • Perform additional duties as required.
    Minimum Qualification


    • At least 3 years of experience within relevant sections of the utility industry, including customer service, revenue services, billing, and/or contract management.
    • Associates Degree in business or related field required; may be supplemented by working experience.
    • Strong proficiency within Microsoft Suite, including Excel, required.
    • Experience with contract management and relationship building preferred.
