Carolinas Staffing is looking for a Business Development Manager in Calabash, NC
Primary responsibility is to deliver world-class customer service to customers. This requires strong interpersonal skills, effective oral/written communication skills, and the ability to work well with others. We are looking for energetic, responsible, reliable, fast learners who have an outgoing personality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
• Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Office Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00pm

Pat Rate:
$16 -$20 per hour
