- Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade computer systems hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Administer and maintain security of operating systems, implementing server hardening techniques and vulnerability remediation measures.
- Provide operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment, including application servers, database servers, web servers, desktops, printers, and storage devices.
- Administer systems on multiple platforms, including mainframe, UNIX, and LAN environments, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience with RHEL/OpenShift, including:
- 5+ years supporting RHEL/RHEV/Satellite.
- 3+ years supporting OpenShift, including installation and maintenance of clusters.
- Experience working with public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), particularly in areas of containerization, automation, and remote systems management.
- Proficiency in server administration, monitoring, and configuration management, with experience in Ansible and scripting considered a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD deployment pipeline integration, preferred tools include Ansible, Jenkins, and Nexus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of containers, cloud technologies, and agile/scrum methodologies.
