    Job Description Salary:
    $45k - $65k
    Summary

    Primarily responsible for supporting the Safety department with duties including but not limited to coordinating training programs, assist in conducting risk assessments and safety inspections, maintaining a safety presence within the site to ensure our compliance, and completing all tasks assigned by the Senior Safety Manager.


    Minimum Qualifications
    Education Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related area.
    OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification or equivalent.

    0 - 2 years of experience in construction safety roles.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    Knowledge of basic safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
    Microsoft office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel).
    Good communication and organizational skills.

    Understanding of Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements.

    Essential Functions
    Assist Safety Managers in implementing safety protocols and procedures in construction sites.
    Monitor construction sites for potential safety hazards and issues.
    Maintain records of incidents and accidents and prepare safety reports.
    Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances.
    Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety regulations specifically tailored to construction.
    Assist in conducting risk assessments and safety inspections on construction equipment and environments.
    Coordinate safety training and awareness programs for construction workers.
