    Job Description

    We are looking for a Quality Assurance Support Analyst tojoin our growing team. In this role, you will performweekendfunctional testing of Traffic Systems for one of our existing customers. You will test end-user facing software upgrades/updates and bug fixes.

    There will be growth opportunities and ability to be part of our wonderful Subject Matter Experts team who support our customers.

    Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work weekends and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

    This is a part-time, remote position (in the U.S.) and will be a W-2 hourly 6-9-monthcontract with possible extension.

    The hourly rate is $25/hr. – $32/hr. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills.

    Responsibilities:


    Perform detailed testing of upgrades and updates of specific features or bug fixes prior to releasing the software to end users.

    Follow existing functional test scripts and log results.


    If issues are found during testing, escalate these and make recommendations on whether to deploy the software to customer and internal management.

    After testing, complete compliance and test reports within the timeline defined in coordination with the customer.
