Nashville, TN / hybrid in officePay: $15-20/hour depending on experienceRESPONSIBILITIESAdminister in-house creative needs for the digital marketing team supporting over 40 frontline artistsCreate animated assets across diverse platforms (from social media to 40' billboards, for example) including but not limited to: social media banners, online graphics, advertising assets, Spotify canvases, visualizers, and kinetic lyric videosEdit and deliver both short-form and medium-form videos for social media and streaming platformsEditing of artist liners, various "behind the scenes" content, stories behind the songs, album recordings in the studio, acoustic performances, and other various social clips Create video compilations and artist highlight reels for internal and external presentationsManage quality control and ingestion of video content from external creativesWhen needed, work directly with freelance creatives and manage revisions to adhere to artist brandingREQUIREMENTSPossess strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExtensive knowledge and experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite programs including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator as well as After EffectsProficiency using Keynote and PowerPointUtilize Outlook, Monday, Sony Ci, and proprietary asset systems to manage project scheduling and archivalAbility to work with both Mac and PC platformsExcellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesConsistent willingness to go above and beyond for project deliverablesAbility to keep information highly confidentialAbility to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of the company at all levels including Executive ManagementPositive attitude and team playerPreferred 1-3 years of Graphic Design experience in music/entertainment businessPortfolio required Pride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.
