Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our home health agency.
+Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- A minimum of two to three years of office management or administrative experience is required.
Responsibilities
- ,Support human resources and staffing functions by assisting with onboarding new employees,
Maintain personnel files and track licenses,certifications,and required training,
Coordinate staffing schedules with clinical leadership,
,Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping verification.,Manage daily office operations including scheduling,correspondence,filing record maintenance,supply management.,Maintain accurate patient and employee documentation in accordance with state and federal home health regulations.
,Provide administrative support for billing and financial operations by assisting with invoicing claims preparation accounts receivable follow-up deposits expense tracking in coordination ,Respond promptly professionally to inquiries from patients families address administrative concerns escalate issues appropriately agency leadership while maintaining compassionate respectful approach.+,valid_job
