    Job Description

    McKinney manufacturing company is looking for a building maintenance to complete the following tasks and/or duties.

    • Create schedules of routine inspections
    • Trouble shoot maintenance problems; electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, building, structural, etc.
    • Purchase supplies and materials as needed
    • Change AC filters and perform routine HVAC checkups
    • Change bulbs, move furniture, table, chairs
    • Replace/repair holes in walls, doorknobs, locks
    • Paint interior or exterior walls
    • Oversee general contractors final work and verify billing accordingly
    • Organize excel files to maintain history of equipment
    • Follow up with city ordinance
    • Must have 2-3 years in maintenance experience
    • Problem solving; able to identify and repair safety hazards that arise
    • Lift up to 50+ lbs and stand on feet, stoop, walk
    • Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment

    Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday- Friday
